Former NFL QB Jokes About Joe Burrow Ending A Drought

The Cincinnati Bengals came into their Sunday game against the Cleveland Browns needing a win.
Their need for a win over their AFC North rivals was for two reasons.
While the first was to help keep them ahead in a heated AFC playoff race, the other was to end a drought for quarterback Joe Burrow.
With Sunday’s victory, it snaps a losing streak for Burrow.
However, one former NFL quarterback took to Twitter to joke over this streak ending.
Robert Griffin III Tweets About Burrow’s Pain Against The Browns
In his NFL career, Burrow had a 0-4 record against the Browns.
However, his record is now 1-4, and Robert Griffin III thinks Deshaun Watson is the reason behind the streak being broken.
Joe Burrow was 0-4 against the Browns.

While Watson had a rough game, the Bengals star quarterback was solid for his team.
His two touchdowns were enough to defeat the Browns, as they won 23-10.
But Burrow’s Sunday performance wasn’t flawless, as he threw one interception while having a 54.5% completion percentage.
However, he did enough to overcome those incomplete passes throughout the game.
But one difference maker in this game was the return of Ja’Marr Chase.
While Chase was out during the first game against the Browns in 2022, he was ready for this game.
His 10 catches for 119 yards and one touchdown shows why he’s a threat to any defense he faces.
So while RGIII rags on Watson, it was Burrow and Chase making their mark on this game.
The Bengals now head into their next game with confidence, hoping to return to the NFL playoffs.
